Booking and Cancellation Policy
Users may pre-book appointments with hospitals and clinics up to 45 days in advance. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment date.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the appointment date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel an appointment and request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on https://thecureline.com.
- Navigate to your appointment history and select the appointment you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancel Appointment" button and confirm your cancellation.
- Your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment.
- No-shows for appointments without prior cancellation.
